I love this bundle. I definitely recommend this for anyone with aches and pains and soreness. The relief is instant. I use it nightly for my shoulders and hands. The more consistently I use it the better my joints feel.

These two work well together. I especially liked rubbing the oil on my body after I showered, and the balm on my trouble areas at night before bed.
